SkyQuestCom: Today we’re privileged to have with us Quantum Success and Leadership Coach – Ki Lin. Could you tell us a little about yourself before we begin?


Ki-Lin: Thank you. About myself – the last 15 years, we’ve been living all across Asia. From Japan, to Thailand, to Singapore, to shining and serving and living our passion which is allowing people to turn their dreams into reality.


SkyQuestCom: What is your philosophy of coaching and what qualifies you to coach business leaders, millionaires, diplomats and others when you seem so young?


Ki-Lin: For me, it’s about actually having the experience to share with others in such a way that they can get it. What I mean by that is, “to know and not to do, is yet not to know”. Meaning, the difference between knowledge and wisdom is to experience it yourself.


I’ve lived a life that has been very blessed in the sense that we’ve had experiences that have taken us all over the world. We have met with so many different people, and being able to be a part of all the different cultures from across the world as well as starting out our very first corporation at the age of 21 which has been handed over to my father and still continues to serve translation and interpreting in the tri-state area of Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.

For me, what I mean to say about this, my philosophy in coaching is: your experience is absolutely key. If you don’t know, how can you share or coach others to know themselves? So in this sense, we’re very much into what we call “self-sustainable techniques” – a technique that’s given to you so you can experience the coaching yourself. And allow that to be able to turn your dreams into your own realities, from your own experiences.


SkyQuestCom: We all have coaches, mentors and other people who inspire us. Who are some of your own coaches, some of those people who’ve inspired you, who’ve mentored you along your path, your journey?


Ki-Lin: This is amazing - living in Asia , and having access to the Internet now, to literally coaches from around the world and some of the top speakers. I was just on SkyQuestCom the other day listening to Tony Robbins, to T. Harv Eker, and another favourite one is John Demartini!


All of these different speakers allow me to see a different part of myself. I can listen and I can learn, and when I can learn, I can then adapt that to my life to experience it myself so I know how best I can share with the clients I’m coaching.


And of course, most important of all is, if we’re a great coach, we have a coach. Meaning, I have a coach myself, in North America , who is one of the top Quantum Success coaches in the world who actually works with us. And not only that, we partner together. In his latest book, we were reading over and leaving a testimonial for him. It’s phenomenal! So having that partnership, we realised in one way - we’re all coaches, and we all must have coaches, to allow ourselves to grow and to move into our true potential.

SkyQuestCom's Success Blog: E-learning in Argentina

For US$250, Rosario puts global business gurus in your home.

A group of local partners have a license for online service training for all Latin America.

A youth from Rosario, Guido Weber, along with two other local partners are bringing in SkyQuestCom, the leading supplier of e-learning in the world, directly and exclusively licensed to Latin America. From now on, the skills of the best speakers in the world, will be online, one click away, and all thanks to a group of local entrepreneurs.

There are pre-recorded video business experts, like Joe Girard, John Gray and Robert Kiyosaki, all of whom are enshrined speakers worldwide. Thus, for any user of Argentina and Latin America, with a prior subscription of $250 annually, you can access a package that includes 200 training sessions.

"SkyQuestCom, a company that began to operate 7 years ago in Singapore, now arrives for the first time in Latin America," said Guido Weber, a member of JCI Rosario, who along with Alexander Obispo and Leonardo Robledo, have the OK of the company to work with this new system of online training.

This opportunity came about from the activity that Weber performed through "networking" – using a network of contacts that generates online business opportunities. "It's a very undeveloped market in Argentina, a sort of Facebook, which is a big social network, but in this case networking is a platform specifically for business," Weber told Point Biz.

Once you establish contact with the company, you subscribe, with an option to renew each year, which allows the local group to "exploit" the virtual business through a subscription system. For each sale of $250, the partners from Rosario get 10% of each new subscription, a figure that can climb to 20% in the short term if expansion continues.

"Even though, given the limited time, we do not have subscribers, we already have strategic partners to capture the market in Buenos Aires and Porto Alegre," said Weber.
