SkyQuestCom's Success Blog: We are #1 - SkyQuestCom is now Singapore's Fastest Growing Technology Company!
Singapore, 12 December 2008 – We are proud to announce that we are now THE #1 fastest growing technology company in Singapore! SkyQuestCom was the only Singapore-based company to have emerged among the Top 20 in the 2008 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific programme.

To determine the fastest growing companies, Deloitte calculated the revenue growth percentage over 3 years. Judging from the stringent requirements, making this list is quite an accomplishment for SkyQuestCom, whose leadership has shown the vision and determination to grow and flourish even in today’s difficult conditions.
SkyQuestCom’s CEO, Mr. Richard Tan insists there is no secret to the company’s success. He puts it simply, "We work harder than others."
Richard’s entrepreneurial spirit and vision have greatly inspired his staff and distributors to achieve incredible results. Overall, companies that ranked on the Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific 2008 programme had an average growth rate of 707%. SkyQuestCom, on the other hand, achieved a sustained revenue growth of an amazing 2,724.33% during this period! This is nearly 8 times the average of the other fastest growing technology companies. This makes us the #1 fastest growing technology company in Singapore and the 11th fastest in the Asia Pacific region. Given today’s up and down economy, it’s no surprise that 2,700+% is a dream that many companies, including MNCs, have found challenging to attain.
“Attracting enough customers to attain such fast growth over three years makes a strong statement about the quality of a company’s product and its leadership,” said Mr. Ian Thatcher, partner-in-charge of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific programme. He added, “SkyQuestCom has shown the right stuff for growth.”
In his usual humble self, Richard dedicated the win to his staff and distributors. He also revealed that it would highlight the creditability of the company and allow us to penetrate new markets more easily.

Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific selection and qualifications
The Technology Fast 500 list is compiled from Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Asia Pacific programs, nominations submitted directly to the Technology Fast 500, and public company database research. To qualify for the Technology Fast 500, entrants must have had first year operating revenues of at least US$50,000.
Entrants must also be public or private companies headquartered in Asia Pacific and must be a “technology company,” defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; Manufactures a technology related product, or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology.
